Fall 2018, WCC leadership determined that a more intentional approach and collaboration with faculty was need to make an impact. Using a barrier identification sheet, the CTE coach then began classroom visits to deliver presentations to both faculty and students about coaching, Perkins funding, and additional campus resources. Fall 2019, the college onboarded the Success Coach Manager, who activated the use of data to create a more proactive outreach model to coaching.
