Transform ation of I n-patient Care and Culture is a collaborative project of the Northw est Organization of Nurse Executives ( NW ONE) and the W ashington State Hospital Association ( W SHA) TI CC w as conceived by m em bers of both organizations representing CEOs and CNEs from 9 hospitals across the state
Goals of TI CC? TI CC assists front line staff to evaluate how direct care delivery can be transform ed in our hospitals to: – Rem ove barriers to best practice – I ncrease the tim e care providers spend in direct care delivery – I m prove the efficiency and reduce the cost of care delivery
