He visualized a general scheme of development in all branches of knowledge at different stages by making contributions in: Urban Infrastructure – wider and better approach roads – Ajwa lake (one of the main water sources for the city since, last 100 years with population being 2 lakhs then to 18 lakhs now) – major rail junction for broad guage and narrow gauge tracks, one of the early creations in India – one of the 1st Aerodromes of state – plenty of Gardens and Museums – marvellous architecture of palaces, educational institutes, court of law, public buildings & other structures Education & Medical – M. S.
