God Mind — By the term Mind, we mean God — the Universal Principle, which includes all Principles. (Fillmore, Charles, The Revealing Word listed alphabetically)
WE ARE STUDYING spiritual science to get a broader conception of God, rather than holding to the view that He is a personal being with parts like man, a being subject to change and capable of varying moods. God is IT , neither male nor female, but Principle. (Fillmore, Myrtle, How to Let God Help You , Ch 4, first paragraph)
changing realm changing physical Matter – things Events Space Time Measurable constants and laws of science …
Everything in the physical universe is based on non- empirical forms that are like thought existing in something that is mind-like. Shafer, Lothar, Infinite Potential; What Quantum Physics Reveals About How We Should Live
Constants and Laws of Mind/mind
Principle or Law Which?
Principles, Premises, Laws and Rules … What
Five Basic Principles 1. God is absolute good, everywhere present. 2. Our very essence is of God. 3. Activity of our thinking 4. Prayer 5. Live the Truth we know
Principle 5 Knowing and understanding the Laws of Life, also called Truth, are not enough. A person must also live the truth that he or she knows. (From Keys to the Kingdom by Rev. Connie Fillmore Bazzy)
Truth [Principle and Law] abides in fullness at the very core of people's beingness. As awareness expands, People “touch” the everlasting Truth – Principle and Law. What seems new is but the growing awareness of THAT which always has been. (Adapted, Fillmore, Charles, The Revealing Word , p. 200)
Truth • Divine or Spiritual Principle – a Universal or Spiritual Fact or Constant • Divine or Spiritual Law – Describes how mind works. They are Laws of Mind/mind or consciousness.
Principles Spiritual Facts or Constants unchangeable no physical existence timeless unlimited

Law • Divine or Spiritual Law – Describes how mind works. They are Laws of Mind/mind or consciousness. • God as law – Principle in action. (Adapted, Fillmore, Charles, The Revealing Word , alphabetical under God as law)
Laws unchangeable no physical existence timeless Unlimited ALWAYS in play
Laws • Cause and Effect • Law of Divine Order • Law of Mind Action • Law of Expression
Cause and Effect Cause and effect are not separated in mind. “In Spirit, cause and effect are one. They appear as one, … In mind, all things reach fruition the very instant they are conceived.” (Fillmore, Charles, Keep a True Lent , p. 46)
Law of Divine Order People can never exercise dominion until they know who and What they are and, knowing, brings forth that knowledge into the external by exercising it in Divine Order, which is mind, idea, and manifestation. (mind, idea, expression) (Adapted, Fillmore, Charles, Twelve Powers , p. 113)
Law of Mind Action Thoughts held in mind produce after their kind. Thoughts/feelings held in mind produce more thoughts/feelings of the same kind in mind.
Law of Expression We must learn the law of expression from the abstract to the concrete — from the formless to the formed. (Fillmore, Charles, Christian Healing , p. 38)
Mind – Idea ……….. ABSTR TRACT Unlimited Formless Limit Define Focus Form Refine Inner Experience limited formed Outer Manifestation CONCRETE
Application • Notice how your creative process moves from the abstract to the concrete. • Notice how a thought/feeling you hold in mind grows • Focus on Benevolence or Generosity for a week. Journal about your experience.
