Arlington County Natural Resource Inventory – Plant Communities

Upton Hill Regional Park Emphasis on natural resources • NOVA Parks goal to minimize impacts to existing trees and plant communities • Tree Survey prepared by ISA Certified Arborist • Any trees that could not be saved would be replaced as required per Arlington County Landscape Standards “Replacement Guidelines” • Proposing a reforestation plan that takes tree replacement to a new level with creation of a native forest ecosystem • Invasive Plant Management Plan by Jeff Hill
