Objectives Training Objective: Identify the clinical workflows, screeners and tools available in the TSWF BHC Form Learning Objectives: At the conclusion of today’s activity, the participant will be able to: • Recognize where BHDP data entry can be utilized • Understand the documentation elements found on the Admin tab (Patient intake/Audit-C/Tobacco use/BHM-20) • Understand the use of the various screeners (including Peds) available and the value of using the Score Tracker on the Screening tab • Describe how the various tabs (e.g. Depression/Anxiety/Sleep etc.) follow the same basic structure but with unique content for each specific condition “Medically Ready Force…Ready Medical Force” “Medically Ready Force…Ready Medical Force”
