  1. TPP As 10-second intro, my name is Sid Klein and am a member of the financial community since 1982. Apart from financial reports, I have also written a great deal on our political annexation, accurately forecasting since 2003 those actions and steps that will have led to the completion of Confederation's end. What the TPP facilitates was described as the last major phase. Requiring only 2 minutes to do so, I will now explain the last phase of the U.S.` s design for the annexation of my county, since Mulroney and the leader of the party he helped create, Stephen Harper, initiated and conclude the covert plan. To be understood, the TPP must ABSOLUTELY be taken in the context of another major development to which well- meaning activists, writers, NDPers and Liberals draw no connection, and these good people therefore do not grasp the historical significance of what is occurring at this time that Confederation is winding down. Instead, and understandably, the good people here today focus on the lost opportunity to pursue the basic aspects of sovereignty, such as our right to pursue Canadian invention, along with the right to express our values with respect to healthcare and the environment, while underscoring the fact that proof of the outcome of the TPP can be found in the tragic outcome of NAFTA, since which time there has been no o grow ow t h in the standard of living for Canadians, while all such growth has migrated to, and has occurred in the U.S. since 1990. Hence, those here today need not argue the points of the TPP. In truth, they need only argue that past is prologue and cite what has happened over these recent decades. However, I am here today to very succinctly - within an additional minute - connect the dots, since there are no experts to speak of in government or the media as regards the tools of war, w hich are re FI NAN ANCI AL AL! There are 3 pillars to sovereignty: (1) sovereign borders, (2) sovereign currency, and, thirdly, independent armed forces. TPP will allow U.S. companies to hire their own employees ahead of Canadians. (It is yet another matter to whom these foreigners will pay taxes, and where they will permanently settle. Suppose that the latter is not even a consideration today today.) Beyond this unacceptable condition for ANY sovereignty in the history of the world, for want of a competent press or politicians, one pillar of sovereignty has recently fallen unbeknownst to anyone, like a tree that has been cut, though has not yet fallen for want of any gust of wind. Canada is alone in not hording gold and, contrary to EVERY country on Earth, has in fact sold-off ALL of it, by NO accident. We did so at the very bottom above $1050 per ounce, BEFORE A MULTI -THOUSAND DOLLAR ADVANCE! Mulroney sold off much of Canada` s gold - including Harper's sale of our mint coins for God-knows-whose benefit - as we merge currencies with the USD, while the US NECESSARILY defaults on its un-repayable debt (it is acceptable for the U.S. to forgo credibility with the Chinese and Russians, whom they have already and openly vilified because, in North America, the U.S. already has all of the resources they need - ours!). They have our water which we need to sell for gold to support our now baseless (literally) currency. Coke` s chairman appeared on CNBC and promised to make efficient use of our water (he never openly said it was situated in Canada), since such efficiency is not presently the case, he explained. 1

  2. Since now is not the occasion for discussing the only possible path for the salvation of our currency and, by extension, our sovereignty, due to time constraints and the absence of the essential and particular political authority here today, I am here to merely teach the interconnectivity of the final stages on the enemy` s battle plan toward the annexation of Canada, and the integral role of our annexation in the pursuit of Manifest Destiny, and the previously referenced creation of another major block currency (USD). God keep our land, but let us please remember that God helps those who help themselves. Knowledgeably standing on guard would be the only hope. But time is running out as precious metals prepare to erupt imminently and global markets prepare to collapse, all as part of the same contrived scenario which belongs to that condition from within which our currencies merge. Hence the "gust of wind." Continuing to be devoid of knowledge will have been our end, which I regrettably suspect will have been the case for our Canada, which was once the guiding light of a world that falls into ever-deeper darkness. Guilty of high treason, truly, Mulroney and Harper have silenced our once-great voice in service of their Washington/Wall Street masters, and I must state this boldly, for all present today to note: Those in opposition to what we say today is proof of an existing agenda; sincere hearings should entail genuine open-mindedness. For me, Canada is first and last. Because I have not forgotten. Because I am a Trudeau-ist, and that is synonymous with patriotism. Unlike others who infiltrated government, I have no Swiss bank account, and all should wonder how Canada benefits in any way from TPP, or why one would ever support it given the glaring and obvious risks that it poses. For the record, allow me warn and teach that Canada must reverse the so-called deals made post-Trudeau. Instead, we continue to march forward - as I have written since 2003 - like hapless lemming walking off the cliff. The final chuckle for the American ruling class who despised the one they called "Pierre Elliott Trudeau the communist," is that they will have ushered in annexation's de facto last chapter under the nose of his own son, the schoolteacher, a hapless figurehead. 2

  3. Abdul Pirani Verbal presentation – Montreal – May 10, 2016 The TPP is a multilateral investment and corporate rights agreement involving 12 Pacific Rim countries. Canada joined the negotiations in 2012. The text of the agreement was developed in secret. Even the MP’s were kept out of the loop, while corporate lobbyists were given full access. The deal was signed on Feb. 4, by our Minister Freeland. There is a 2 year time period of ratification, but without making any modification through I wonder if this consulting that is being done will help, since the original text cannot be amended or modified. There needs to bring about more awareness about the TPP as to its impacts on the common man. For 20 years we have been told by governments and corporations that free trade like NAFTA is good for us to bring about increased prosperity. Studies show that they were wrong 20 years back and they are even more wrong today, resulting in inequality between rich and poor countries and between rich and poor within countries that include Canada. This accord will result in a loss of 50 000 jobs in Canada and greater inequality due to labor’s reduced share of the gains. Jim Stanford, Senior economist at Unifor, writes that these trade agreements will have zero immediate impact on key indicators like employment, investment and exports. We’ve seen more privatization of our health care, education and other social services such as H 2 0, transit and energy. In the last 10 years, we’ve seen that Canadians have suffered so much that like 3 rd world countries, the middle class have almost disappeared. People in my region of Montérégie are worried. Many farmers participate in demonstrations during election campaign: they want to preserve their land and continue farming. The present government has not said of keeping their promise about compensation for dairy and cheese products, nor about dairy proteins and protection of U.S. milk contaminated with BGH hormones if allowed in Canada. There are provisions that protect pharmaceutical companies from competition and generic drugs that will drive up the cost for Canadian consumers by more than 1 billion dollars per year. Even with all the benefits to the U.S., TPP is facing serious opposition. The Congress and Senate are against and so are the party nominees of contenders the White House. There is no reason for Canada to make easy commitment to TPP. Probably it may never be ratified by the U.S. The big reason for the U.S. politicians to reject the TPP in the inclusion of the clause ISDS. J. Stiglitz said that TPP is not a trade agreement. It’s an agreement to manage trade, yes. The TPP contains the controversy in dispute settlement. Since 1994, Canada has been subjected to 35 NAFTA claims, mostly of environment protection and resources management measures.

  4. Notable ex. 250 millions$ challenge against Canada against Quebec Moratorium on fracking for oil/gas under the St. Lawrence River. Finally ISDS provision threatens both climate policy and indigenous rights. Canadians are supportive of the sunny ways for a real change, some of which they have seen in the last 6 months by the present government. However, the luke-warm support, the present government is giving to CETA/TPP, giving only kind of unenthusiastic and limited public hearings, gives an impression of supporting free trade. Politicians do not call a spade of spade, if you want to bring about a real change in the country for the middle class, it is not late for the government to mend its ways, as for as CETA/TPP are concerned. Thank you for listening to me.
