Project Objectives 1. Describe the types of tobacco-related products for sale on the dark net. 2. Assess the size and scope of the illicit trade of tobacco on the dark net. 3. Assess the mix of illicit commodities for sale with tobacco-related products on the dark net to better measure market harms. 4. Find the key players (vendors, sites, and geographic regions) in the illicit trade of tobacco on the dark net, using social network analysis.
