THE SCHOOL • Was established initially in Central Benoni. • Started in present area in 2003. EIA conducted prior to building • Consists of three schools in one. Pre school, Prep School and College. • Near Bullfrog pan and Linmed conservancy.

THE CONSERVANCY • Registered in 2007 with GCA. • Entire school. • First AGM held September 2007. • Management plan developed 2008. • The Executive of the Conservancy is made up mainly of parents, teachers and some pupils. • Membership started in 2008/9 and was 15. Increased in 2009/10 to 26.
CONSERVANCY PROJECTS • Waste recycle yard. • Energy Audit of school. • Planting Indigenous Trees.

Conservancy • Eskom have been approached to come do energy audit of school by first training the pupils on energy issues. • A total of approximately 200 indigenous trees have been planted in the last three years. Text to go here • Only use organic fertilizers in the grounds. • Annual grade 7 event of assisting with Bullfrog Pan clean up.
Enviro Club • After School activity for grade 4 – 7. • Increased from 8 in 2009 to 30 in 2010. • Teachings – universe – local pollution Text to go here – Snake show – Tadpole relocation – Educational Visit to nursery • Projects – clean up campaigns – vegetable garden.
