WASHING OPERATIONS OPERATION 1 – LOADING TANKS 1 – open the gate valve 1 Solvent 2 – switch on the machine reclaimer drum 3 – press the button 11 - led lighted : valve release 4 – press the button 5 led lighted : the solvent goes to tank 1 5 – at full tank ( about 190 lts.) press the button 5 and the button 11 – led unlighted 6 – repeat the same operations to load the tank 2 – press the buttons 12 + 5 Tank 1 Tank 2 and the buttons 13 + 5 if scheduled tank 3 1 7 – at full tanks close the gate valve Pump 1 Solvent drum SOLES WASHING 1 – on the keyboard choose the program : 2 programs for LS 200-LS226-LS450 3 programs for LS 500 DURING ALL THE STEPS THE DRUM TURNS BOTH CLOCKWISE AND 2 – press the button START : stats the automatic washing cycle COUNTERCLOCKWISE STEP 1 – valves opening for the pressure unloading into the machine STEP 2 – drum loading The solvent, by the pump, comes from tank 1 o 2 o 3 ( as per the selected program) to the Solvent reclaimer drum rotating drum and starts the soles washing filter Tank 1 Tank 2 STEP 3 – washing When the solvent arrives to the right level inside the drum the exit valve of the tank shut automatically; the filter valve opens for the solvent circulation and the solvent filtration to eliminate some impurities (flours and scraps of the soles) Solvent reclaimer drum filter Tank 1 Tank 2 – –

  8. STEP 4 – drum unloading At the end of the washing, the solvent entry valve shuts and the solvent entry valve of the solvent Solvent reclaimer drum reclaimer opens. The solvent reclaimer start the cleaning of the solvent. The cleaned solvent goes to the selected tank automatically ( 1 o 2 o 3 ). filter Tank 1 Tank 2 STEP 6 and STEP 7 – DRYING AND COOLING DRYING. With this operation the residual solvent inside the soles Heater battery is recovered (80-90%). You may select the time of drying on the electronic panel. Cooling battery Electrical heaters Fan Air filter COOLING. Water separator At the end of the drying cycle starts the cooling cycle to eliminate all the solvent vapours inside the drum. You may select the time of cooling on the elctronic panel. Drum Solvent reclaimer
