SAPP Clean Card Overview Solution • Provide a consistent SAPP that standardizes the experience across Sound Transit PLA projects • Create one SAPP for all employees working on the Project, eliminating repetitive pre-employment testing on employees who recently passed a previous test • Ensure that all employees of the Project are subject to the appropriate frequency of random testing 4
