Grounds Maintenance • Split 50% between City and Schools • Two full-time employees • Four or five part-time employees • Responsibilities: – Athletic field prep for all sports – Playground inspections and repairs – Trail maintenance – All park properties – Green space (boulevards and rain gardens) – Beautification projects (planting beds, pots and baskets)

Community Pool • Operating costs split 50% between the City and EGRPS • High School and Middle School athletics have scheduling priority • Parks and Recreation Department second priority – Lap swim and open swim – Swim lessons – EGR WAVES (community age group swim program) – Camps and Clinics (diving and water polo)

  9. Community Pool • Aquatics Supervisor – Keeper of the master schedule – Lifeguard training & scheduling for High School pool – Schedules Parks and Recreation programs in the High School Pool

  10. Facility Usage • No charge for programs administered by the city or school district for those under 18 years of age. • Indoor and outdoor facilities – Athletics – Youth sports (camps, clinics and leagues) – Youth programs
