Academic Integrity Questions on CS Survey Working on an assignment with others when the instructor asked for ● individual work. Using a false or forged excuse to obtain an extension on a due date or ● delay taking an exam. Copying from another student during an assessment with his or her ● knowledge. Copying material, almost word for word, from any source and turning it in ● as your own work.

Extracurriculars
Extracurricular, Free Time and Family Time PHS students do extracurriculars ● primarily to “have fun” and “build skills”. PHS students do 8.5 hours of ● extracurriculars a week and 3.3 over the weekend. 49% of PHS students are either ● “sometimes” or ofuen” stressed by their extracurriculars. 82% of families eat a meal together 3+ times/ week. On the weekend, 37% eat a meal together as a family three or more times. 85% of parents don’t allow phones at family dinner time.
