  1. Simplified offer at PITS 1. An improvement of the offer 2. Capacity subscription 3. Capacity use 4. Changes in publications

  2. An improvement of the offer at PITS Both subscription and use of capacity at PITS improved from 1 st April 2016 : • More flexibility of subscription • An optimization of the scheduling process at PITS • A simpler offer : • Only one type of capacity at PITS • Management of nominations & quantity scheduling handled only by Storengy 2

  3. The “ Capacité d’Interface Transport-Stockage ” (CITS) For all PITS, we create a new capacity type at PITS: the CITS • In place of both current firm & interruptible capacities The capacity you subscribed is definitly yours It won’t depend anymore on other shippers subscription • The allocation of this capacity stays automatic and in line with your storage subscription 3

  4. The “ Capacité d’Interface Transport-Stockage ” (CITS) One only capacity type at PITS improves the flexibility of subscription: • Reduction of advance notice from 10 days to 5 working days before the start of your CITS/Storage product • From 1 st April on, CITS can: • Start & end any day of the month • Last more than 1 day and less than 1 month • An excess in capacity usage will be automatically billed as daily capacity 4

  5. Example • What you had before: • Equivalent in new system: Firm Interruptible CITS 35 135 18 100 68 50 7 27 20 Shipper A Shipper B Shipper C Shipper A Shipper B Shipper C GRTgaz neither changes the level of marketed capacity at each PITS nor the availability conditions from day to day 5

  6. The Single Nomination with Storengy Nominations & quantity scheduling will be: • Handled only by Storengy (via SAM), on the basis of the lowest of both operators’ Technical Capacities (called “CTM”) • Transmitted to GRTgaz by Storengy • Published in TRANS@ctions by GRTgaz & in SAM by Storengy Caution : From 1st April 2016 onward, you shouldn’t nominate directly to GRTgaz anymore on PITS This process allows Storengy to reduce the duration of its scheduling cycles from 2 to 1 hour (except for the 1 st cycle day-ahead) 6

  7. Illustrations of scheduling cycles Nominations until H-2 SHIPPER Scheduled Quantities (H) on all Points STORENGY Scheduling cycle Matching GRTgaz Scheduling cycle Time Nominations until H-2 Nominations until H-1 SHIPPER Scheduled Quantities (H) on all points except PITS On PITS STORENGY Scheduling cycle GRTgaz Scheduling cycle For a better flexibility on storages, you will now have nominations on PITS until H-1 (instead of H-2) in your scheduling notice 7

  8. Changes in TRANS@ctions publications • Maintenance Schedule: • You will have access to the Minimum Technical Capacity (CTM) used by Storengy to schedule quantities at PITS • You will no longer have restriction rates (TRi & TRf) on PITS as the new capacity is scheduled by Storengy • Your scheduling notice evolves: • Your scheduling notice (published at hour H) will now includes nominations made until H-1 on PITS 8
