  15. What does it look like? First, create an account and log in on the website: 15

  16. In your MY ACCOUNT section, You can edit contact details, view your upcoming trainings & registrations, see details about your membership, and track usage.

  17. Trainings On the TRAININGS PAGE, You can browse hundreds of trainings, articles, webcasts and other content pieces. You can use the checkboxes on the left side to sort by area of interest and format. Here’s an example of webcast trainings, both live and recorded in Leadership:

  18. Registering for a Live Webcast Click on the tile of a training and you can review more information about this training – what you’ll learn, the agenda, who will benefit, and an instructor bio. Clicking that “Express Register” button will add you as an attendee for that event. You’ll receive login instructions and the webcast will be added to your My Account section under “My Trainings & Registrations”. 18

  19. Accessing a Webcast Recording Mostly the same process! Click on the tile of a recorded training you’re interested in and you will then be able to review more information about the training – what you’ll learn, the agenda, who will benefit, and an instructor bio. 19

  20. Accessing a Webcast Recording Clicking that “View Now” button will take you to a page where the recording and all webcast resources live. You can view the recording right away or save it for later.

Tracking & Reporting In your MY ACCOUNT section, under the Track Usage tab, you can see: At-a-glance totals to the left (# • of users, trainings completed, upcoming registrations, etc.) Totals specific to your users. • You can see how many trainings have been completed, how many are in progress, and how many are upcoming.
