About Eco1st Technology Group Established in 2008, Eco1st Technology group is the sole manufacturer of the Separation, Filtration and Irrigation Enhancers. About the Separation Enhancer The Separation Enhancer is a Industrial quality, time tested, solid state, inline fluid ionization system. Our Enhancer's make use of known electro chemical ionization principles. The Separation Enhancer induce frequencies into the flowing fluid, which breaks molecular bonds, while simultaneously stripping free electrons. The free electrons will then be routed and or drawn to a dedicated earth ground. This process can be seen and measured instantly, by utilizing a volt/amp meter, as the electrons are drawn from the fluid by the Separation Enhancer to the earth ground . Once the electrons are stripped away, the fluid will become positively ionized. Like charges repel, resulting in stratification of each fluid based on their individual specific gravity. The Separation Enhancer will directly improve the purity and value of each of the separated fluids, while reducing operational costs, processing time, waste and environmental impact. Additionally, the Separation Enhancer is designed to be powered by the energy of the flowing fluids. Therefore, no other outside power source or routine maintenance is required. WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR Research has proven the Separation Enhancer technology will effectively improve efficiencies, quality, and the levels of separation most oil & gas related businesses are looking to achieve. We also realize and understand that while this is true, customers new to the Separation Enhancer may not be familiar with the systems performance capabilities. The following slides will describe examples of common stages and processes, that can be expected from the use of this one of a kind technology. 10
PLACEMENT & INSTALLATION • All Eco1st Separation Enhancers are made application specific to effectively treat a variation of emulsions while maintaining optimum performance and dependability. We always take into account the working pressures, temperatures, flow rates, fittings, line sizes, fluid description, applicable code requirements and our customer’s objective. • With little down time or site modification the Separation Enhancer (similar to a pipe spool section) will easily adapt to most any site; making for a straight forward installation. Addition, the system is designed to be powered by the energy of the flowing fluids. Therefore, no outside power source is required. 11
IONIZATION BEGINS • Once installed and production resumes, the Separation Enhancer will immediately begin ionizing the fluid and any solids in continuity with the Enhancer. The system will separate simple emulsions throughout the pipeline and tanks, but complex emulsions will separate best after traveling through the Enhancer. • Sites vary, but operators generally notice some or all of the following benefits rather quickly, a reduction in pump pressure, better separation, increased recovery, improved oil quality and a diminished waste stream. These results are all achieved in far less time, with fewer processes and equipment compared to conventional treatment commonly utilized today. 12
ECO1ST ADVANCED SEPARATION • All sites that have been in use for an extended period of time will likely have scale and paraffin build up throughout the pipeline and tanks. As we mentioned earlier the Separation Enhancer will ionize all fluids and solids in continuity with the Enhancer. This will also cause an expected one-time cleaning phase to occur as the scale and paraffin's begin breaking down and sloughing off in both the tanks and pipelines. • Operators will observe additional carryover of oil and solids in the recovery tanks in most cases. Depending on each sites cleanliness this process could take weeks or months before the tanks and pipelines become thoroughly clean. Once this phase is complete issues related to scale and paraffin build up will no longer exist. 13
