SEEM3600/SEEM3810 Engineering Entrepreneurship Presentation 1. Task Presentation of the business plans will be scheduled on 14 /4/201 2 at SHB505. The presentation of the business plan should cover:  Product/service description,  Marketing plan and Financial plan. The use of transparencies or presentation software (e.g. Beamer or PowerPoint) is expected. Each team member must participate in the presentation. 2. Format a) 20-minute presentation + 5-minute Q&A + 5-minute evaluation b) Attendance : All groups in each session must arrive at the presentation venue before the scheduled session starts, and cannot leave until the end of the entire session, e.g., group 1-3 must arrive at SHB505 before 8 : 15 am and cannot leave until 10: 0 0am.The groups that do not show up will be marked zero. Note that every student must attend, and marks will be deducted to the groups with absent member unless written proof on one’s absence is accepted in advance. c) Questioning : Each group must elect a representative as the questioner. After one group finishes their presentation, the questioner in each of other groups must ask (at least one) question to the presenting group, and every member of the presenting group has the right to defend themselves by answering the questioner.
