SATISFACTION RATE • Only 4 patients preferred to have GA, if they need to have the procedure again in the future. One of them was due to anxiety. • Apart from one patient that no feedback was not documented, all other patients were very satisfied with the service, dignity and communication. • 2 patients reported long waiting time.

RECOMMENDATIONS • Increase the number of clinics and encourage colleagues and possibly GPs to refer more patients. • Outpatient hysteroscopy should be offered to all patients. • Should be a clear indication for inpatient hysteroscopy under GA. • Train more staff to run the clinic. • Improve the waiting area facilities and use a bigger room, if possible. • Update the form we use in the clinic, for documentation, to be simpler and more informative. • Update the patients feedback questionnaire and to be filled by the patient . • Do more operative procedures: in 2017 few endometrial ablations were carried out. • Re-audit 2017 cases
