Aims of the session: By the end of the session you will: • be aware of the expectations relating to safeguarding of all employers providing staff to schools; • understand current safer recruitment requirements • have had the opportunity to reflect on the changes, post-Brexit and how these will impact on compliance. www.strictlyeducation4S.co.uk

Right to Work (post-Brexit) • no change to the right to work of EU, EEA and Swiss citizens and their family members living in the UK until 31 December 2020 if the UK leaves the EU without a deal. • Irish citizens will continue to prove their right to work in the UK as they did pre-Brexit • New Immigration system planned 1 st January 2021 www.strictlyeducation4S.co.uk
