Algonquin College in the Ottawa Valley Pembroke Waterfront Campus Our Story – History of Pembroke Campus • Campus founded in 1968 • Started with 16 students • Enrolment levels at about 500 students in 1990’s • From 2000 to 2015 enrolment doubled • Out-of-town populaHon grew from 15% to 50% • Largest regional campus – located approximately 1½ hours from OQawa Algonquin College in the Ottawa Valley Pembroke Waterfront Campus New Waterfront Campus – Opened in 2012 2
