Chapter Opera7ons Management Tool (COMT) The COMT is the main performance report for chapters. To assist with Chapter planning and evaluate performance, each chapter is required to complete & submit the COMT by June 30, 2017. More info can be found at hLp://www.asse.org/oc/comt/. 2016-2017 Chapter Recogni7on Program Chapters receive points based on the informa9on submiLed through the COMT tool. Chapter's ac9vi9es and programs throughout the year earn them various levels of recogni9on.
