Q1 2019 highlights ■ Like-for-like rental growth of 3.9%, average in-place rent increased to €5.52 per sqm/month as of Q1 2019 (FY 2018: €5.49 per sqm/month) Rental ■ Vacancy rate increased due to seasonal effects and capex measures by 0.6ppts to 6.6% as of Q1 2019 operation ■ Significant increase in FFO I from €14.2m in Q1 2018 to €21.6m in Q1 2019 ■ Fully diluted FFO I per share in Q1 2019 at €0.27 (Q1 2018: €0.18) ■ Successful placement of €400 million bond in April 2019 to refinance existing debt ■ WACD stands at 2.25% as of Q1 2019 Financing ■ Temporary increase in LTV due to the acquisition of BCP in April 2018. As of Q1 2019, LTV stood at 61.2% with pro-forma and LTV of 58.9% .
