WORLDSKILLS CONTEXT ▪ Former/ex- competitors… ‘ WorldSkills Champions ’ Plus WorldSkills Australia, WorldSkills Foundation and WorldSkills International experience. ▪ Community Plumbing Challenge originating from WorldSkills Foundation . Ownership transferred to IAPMO and IWSH in 2015. ▪ Emphasising collaboration over competition. Team over individual. Real-world impact over simulation/exhibition. Lasting community legacy over take-down.
