9 Organizational Update § The Middlefield Campus, and the FHDA Innovation Center are reporting to Kimberlee Messina, beginning April 1, 2015 § Peter Murray has been contracted to assist us with the launch
10 FHDA Innovation Center Programming : 1. Existing FHDA classes and programs 2. Career Pathways from area high schools 3. Classes for credit and not for credit 4. Industry needs/up-skilling 5. Create one year “camps” for high demand skills 6. Industry sponsored scholarships and internships 7. Partnerships with non-profits such as Year Up
11 Existing Programs and Courses § EMT to double its annual cohort effective Jan, 2016 § Child Development § Existing FHDA courses such as Accounting, Business, Engineering, CS, Geospatial Technology & Math § Mission College will offer 100 FTES annually with complementary courses that do not compete § Students have access to a full range of GE courses online or at Mission or FHDA colleges § Students take most lab courses at Mission or FHDA colleges
