Innovating Support • The user (patient/caregiver) is presented with CreakyJoints’ Free Wi-Fi branding in their rheumatologist’s office • Posters on walls, tent cards, flyer at check-in • From their mobile device, they connect to the “CreakyJoints Free Wi-Fi” network • Mobile device is automatically prompted with the Wi-Fi splash page before granting user free access to the Internet
