The disposal of the Fractional Ownership Division is in line with AdL Holdings’ decision on divesting its equity from its Playa del Carmen Hotel Boutique partner in Riviera Maya, Coco's Cabañas. December 2012 - In a continued effort to develop the Industrial & Business Consulting area, AdL Holdings will resume talks in January 2013 with its Automotive Suspension partner, OlgunCelik, as to lay-out a new customer development strategy in Europe. -After several negotiations during 2012, AdL Holdings has decided to pull out its investments from its Playa del Carmen Hotel Boutique partner in Riviera Maya, Coco's Cabañas. This return of investment transaction will start immediately as of January 2013, as to be completed in the short- run, by August 2014. - AdL Holdings concluded talks with its Gourmet Pastry partner, La Blanca Pasteleria y Reposteria in order to restructure the investment made on its New Jersey branch, back in mid-2011. As a result, a debt buy-out option has been agreed as to repay the investment by August 2013. * Significance: AdL Holdings is recapitalizing its investments in the short-term in order to diversify them with fresh customers with more solid business plans and sustainable profitable growth.
