The Company Hi Technological Plastic Industries Plc. (“HTPI”) is a British incorporated Company as of 29 th April 2016, # 10155007. HTPI is the holding company of Hi Technological Plastic Industries L.L.C., incorporated in UAE in 1995, of which 42% has been merged into HTP. Importantly HTPI is entitled to 90% of the profits and has full management control of Hi Technological Plastic Industries L.L.C. The structure is made to meet UAE regulations.

The Business The Company was established in 1995 as a conventional trading house for the processing of recycled polymers. After successfully running its trading house, in 2013 it started its own LDPE recycling Granule, HDPE/LDPE & PVC Pipe manufacturing plant and set up a production line with the capacity of 300 Metric Tons which can be expanded to 1000 metric tons. HTPI is seeking EUR €8,000,000 for working capital and purchase of raw materials.

UAE is the main market for the products, but the products are also exported worldwide, where the main export markets are Pakistan, India, China, Hong Kong and East African countries. HTPI’s objective and commitment is to provide customers with the highest quality materials at reasonable prices, and assurance of delivery orders on time.

Real Estate Projects Dubai is the host city for Expo 2020, which will run for a period of six months, starting October 20, 2020 till April 10, 2021. Over Dh25bn investment is expected in infrastructure- related projects, with 277,000 new jobs being created. The total windfall from private and government investments is expected to be Dh84bn. As Dubai works to build its infrastructure and transportation network for the mega Expo 2020 event, the big and small players in the hospitality sector are in full swing to meet hotel room requirements for the expected 25 million visitors. HTPI has a great opportunity to produce and sell electric plastic conduit pipes required for the massive construction projects presently under execution. Farming and Irrigation Food consumption in the UAE has been growing at the rate of 12% per year and, within this, the demand for food staples has increased by 30%. Though a smaller part of GDP, investments in the domestic farming sector continue towards the goal of a certain degree of self sufficiency. Farmers in the UAE have also been incentivized to cultivate up to 81,000 hectares of land UAE Government is the biggest buyer water irrigation pipes and has unlimited buying power. Net margins are around 35% being a very profitable venture HTPI needs capital to buy raw materials and supply to the UAE Government.

Plastic Granules HTPI has outstanding orders to supply 500 containers a month to India, 200 Containers a month to Pakistan, 150 containers a month to Bangladesh and to other Asian countries. The granules are used to produce various items for low income families. Each container can give a net profit of around USD$ 4,000. Plastic Granules is a all year round business with no end to demand. HTPI is seeking working capital and capital to buy raw materials.

Granules are used to produce products for low income people like plastic utensils, tables, chairs, kitchen items, car seat covers, table cloth and many other items used in daily life. Hi Technological Plastic Industries L.L.C. needs to raise capital in order to fulfill these orders. Money will be used to purchase raw materials, manufacture the Plastic Granules, ship them to warehouses located in various countries and sell them to customers on pre paid basis. The payments are totally protected.
