We will be cautious not to be short-sighted in the long-term impact of our decisions. We will develop a sustainable plan that is aligned with Allen ISD ’ s mission: Allen ISD cultivates innovation in education that empowers every learner to realize his or her full potential. Allen ISD will build support and investment in this initiative with staff, students, and the community by listening, encouraging input, and maintaining transparency.
