Eng Founder President & CEO • Drilling on Raglan Nickel project resulted in discovery of 5 small deposits (Raglan Mine-Glencore Group ( formerly Xstrata, and formerly Falconbridge Ltd ). Currently one of the larger producers of Ni-Cu-PGEs in the world. • Supervised 10 field parties in search of uranium in Athabaska basin. Four deposits found near Rabbit Lake Mine as area has become largest source of uranium in the world (Gulf Minerals). • Lead Teck into the key property to pioneer discovery and development of Hemlo gold Camp (Teck Resources). • Staked 42 large properties throughout North America resulting in discovery of 6 platinum group element deposits of interest (International Platinum Corporation as VP of Exploration). 6. PLATINEX AT A GLANCE Gold • Progressively drilling resources and vectoring in on a Provincially significant glacial gold dispersion train on Shining Tree gold property. • Situated on a geological structure that has been host to significant gold producing mines, past and present. • Expand property along major high potential deformation gold zone to hold 35,000 acres. • Expanded property along major high potential properties to hold 35,000 acres. • Mid-way between IAMGOLD and Alamos Gold big deposits and associated with same North- South fault as Tahoe Resource’s West Timmins Mine. • Gravity anomalies and gold in till deposit information point to Shining Tree as a major potential gold camp. • New NI43-101 Report in preparation. Ni-Cu-PGE • Nabish Lake Intrusive Complex host to multiple mineral occurrences with grades to 3.5%Ni, 6.5%Cu and anomalous PGE, road accessible. • Drill ready airborne VTEM anomalies associated with a feeder zone. • One of many related layered intrusions representing a large magmatic event Cannabis • FMI Capital Advisory engaged to identify and acquire cannabis related companies. • Select group of prospects being evaluated. • Key is to acquire companies with near term positive cash flow and growth potential. • Hello Digital Marketing engaged to develop online cannabis mall. • Wish to merge the two approaches to spawn rapid growth. 7. 2017-18 INTERIM EXPLORATION AND BUDGET • Milestone Target Completion Date Estimated Cost • Claim post survey with GPS November 2017 $10,000 • Geological mapping, stripping and Sampling July 2017 $90,000 • Expanded program of stripping and drilling June 2018 $400,000 • SUBTOTAL $500,000 • G&A $160,000 • TOTAL $660,000 PTX – CSE

  8. 2017-18 STAGED PLAN AND BUDGET Five steps are being taken to resurrect the Company: • Obtained TSX-V approval to finance in 2016 and raised $ 1,285,450 • Expanded Shining Tree property six fold with several property deals to a total of 35,000 acres • Sale of royalty/cost recovery Big Trout Lake Royalty • Formation of PGE Syndicate or entity to move PGE exploration forward to be financed externally. • Cannabis acquisitions and operations. TBA • Further Future Financing to contribute to completion of Shining Tree Phase 1 plus Nabish Lake programs detailed on pages 16 and 22. a) current $1, 000,000 b) future $ 540,000 Total $ 2,825,450 PTX – CSE

  9. SHINING TREE HISTORY • Gold discovery circum 1918 on property. • Several companies worked eight prospects and one mine up until 1940 when area shut down for World War II. • First road into area in 1960. • Limited exploration on property in 1970 ’s and 1980 ’s . • Platinex acquired property in 2008. • Platinex has spent $3.5 million to vest 100% interest in claims. • Provincially significant high gold content in soil (glacial till) found throughout property and indicating nearby bedrock sources. • Acquisition of a second option and several claim groups along a major gold bearing deformation zone bringing property to 35,000 acres. • Downward extension of former Ronda Mine and the Herrick gold deposit being targeted for drilling and 21 km stretch of a major deformation zone being explored. 13. HIGHLIGHTS OF SHINING TREE • At the intersection of 2 major gold structures (Larder Lake (Tyrrell-Ridout) and Michiwakenda Lake Fault). • 21 km strike extent of major potential gold host (the Tyrrell-Ridout Deformation Zone) • Identical geology to the 3 majors surrounding Shining Tree property (Tahoe, IAMGOLD and Alamos). • High gold content in soil over an area of 10km by 2 km. • 72 channel and composite grab sample sections on Herrick Central zone have an average grade of 6.98 g/t Au / 1.9 m average true width over a 361 m length. • 59 drill holes averaged 2.16 g/t Au / 2.9 m true width. • Zone thickening at depth to 46.1 m width. • Half of the past producing Ronda mine deposit now held. PTX – CSE

  14. SHINING TREE RESULTS Gold Geochemical Anomaly • One of the largest gold in till anomalies in Ontario, 10km long by up to 2 km wide with initial bedrock sampling revealing up to 29 g/t Au, yet to be tested by drilling. Herrick Deposit • 72 channel and composite grab sample sections on Herrick Central zone have an average grade of 6.98 g/t Au / 1.9 m average true width over a 361 m length. • 59 drill holes averaged 2.16 g/t Au / 2.9 m true width. Caswell Deposit • 47 drill holes completed with many unqualified high grade values up to 18.48 g/t Au over 18.0m. • 40 veins identified over area 700m wide and 500m long. • Over 400 grab and channel samples taken with unqualified values to 1,068.34 g/t Au.\ • In combination with Ronda Mine the diorite may represent Cote Lake type target. Churchill • Unqualified historical channel samples from the Churchill returned significant values up to 17 g/t Au over vein widths for a strike length of some 20m. Secondary veins in the area including the Gold Corona also showed gold values of up to 6.96 g/t. PTX – CSE

  18. 2017-18 SHINING TREE EXPLORATION PROGRAM A two-phase exploration program to step up the evaluation of existing and anticipated gold- bearing targets was fully permitted under the Ontario Mining Act and our application is in for re-permitting. Phase I - $1,200,000 – 5,000 m drilling • Define bedrock sources of high gold in soil content by stripping, IP and soil gas surveys plus drilling. • Expand the Herrick deposit above 300 m depth. • Drill test Herrick deposit and Ronda Mine below 300 m depth. • Expand gold in till testing • Goal of phase I is to establish the resource potential of the three target areas. Phase II - $2,300,000 – 15,000 m drilling • Definition drilling of best targets for adding gold resources. • Resource valuation and producing qualifying report. • Goal of phase II is to define 1,000,000 ounces of gold resources and scope potential in other deposits on the property.
