Water Quality Incentive Grants • Proposed in Draft Fiscal Year 2021 Clean Water State Revolving Fund Intended Use Plan on public notice now • Purpose: Grant to incentivize activities that have significant benefits to water quality. • Who is eligible: Municipalities that apply for a loan for a project with a qualifying component • Must apply by March 1 • Application must include a Facility Plan and acceptable debt instrument • Limit one grant per applicant per year
