The mission of this program is to end homelessness. � NCA provides safe and appropriate housing for homeless youth and young adults 18 to 25 years. � We aim to equip, empower and encourage individuals to successfully transition into independent living, self ‐ sufficient and become contributing members of society. Client Eligibility � Between 18 to 25 years of age � Homeless � No Felonies nor Criminal History (due to the requirement of the apartment complexes) � No Drugs or Alcohol (random testing) � Non ‐ High School Graduates and Graduates � Unemployed or under employed N C A N C A 6

Project HOPE! ‐ RRH Program (formerly known as HPRP Rapid Re ‐ Housing Program), is a rapid re ‐ housing program designed to relocated homeless families and individuals from shelters, transitional housing or places not meant for human habitation into permanent supportive housing, coupled with supportive services to meet clients’ needs to ensure self ‐ sufficiency and stability. 9 N C A N C A
Project E.I.G.H.T. Rapid Re ‐ Housing Nevada Community Associates, Inc. currently provides short to medium term rental assistance, utility assistance, rental application fees, security deposits, last month’s rent, utility deposits, utility payments, moving costs, housing search and placement for homeless families and individuals. In addition, client also benefit from life skills coaching, counseling services, behavioral and mental health services as well as financial literacy workshops. N C A N C A 10
Nevada Community Associates, Inc. emergency services program designed to assist Clark County residents with emergency resources. This program responds to the emergency needs of residents by providing financial assists to prevent homelessness to ensure they remain in permanent housing. N C A N C A 11
HOPE! will provide rental and utility assistance to clients experiencing unforeseen events, such as medical expenses, car repairs, income loss, etc.. . In addition, HOPE! offers an array of supportive services, including food and clothing vouchers, bus passes, hygiene products, referrals, outreach, and case management. N C A N C A 12

Outcomes: � Prevent homelessness, evictions and displacement by providing one time and short term rental assistance � Assist clients to maintain permanent housing without the loss of utilities � Increase stability among program participants through education and training � Improve access to supportive services for emergency needs N C A N C A 13
