Background Council Policy 100-8 “Municipal Softball Park Master Plan” Adopted in 1992 • Provides a framework of • operating rules to allow community use + protect residential neighborhood Amended in 2005 & 2011 • 2011 amendments included: Elimination of adult league use in Spring to allow youth league on Saturdays • Altering scheduling of play to High School softball program to begin in February • 2

Repealing Resolution 6063 Establishing Council Policy 200-4 Municipal Softball Park Rules and Regulations • Reso. 6063 adopted in March 1990, established Policy 200-4 • Contains rules and regulations identical to those contained in Council Policy 100-8 • To minimize duplication, staff recommends repealing Reso 6063 4
