EOM business ▪ Qubig EOM with bigger aperture (5mm x 5mm instead of 3mm x 3mm) arrived on Friday ▪ Still observe thermal lensing at high powers ▪ Lensing effect (beam focuses after ~30 cm) power dependent ▪ Need to re mode-match after changing power ▪ Input to cavity (with mm lenses): ~60 % ▪ Input to cavity w/o EOM (no mm lenses): 75 % Mu-MASS Laser update Laboratory for Positron and Positronium Physics | | 12.11.19 2
