Our thr Our three initial ee initial tak takeouts: outs: - Engage more, and do so using the Internet effectively – member lists aren’t working. - We’re doing good things and are largely on the right track, but we need to keep improving too. - We need to work on our profile in the media and the public, and get our communications to support this presence.
