Reach out to current Board members - many insights to share ● Reminder: International ACAC is committed to maintaining diversity - geographic and socioeconomic - so we don't want finances to be a deterrent from Executive Board Service. Therefore, on occasion, International ACAC will supplement the institutional contribution. However, this only occurs when the institution clearly demonstrates that it does not have the financial resources to contribute towards the cost of attendance.

International ACAC Bylaws Article VII, section 3(b) states: Whenever possible, the Nominating and Governance Committee shall make every effort to provide geographic and institutional balance within the Executive Board that roughly parallels the geographic and institutional diversity of International ACAC’s voting membership. Other considerations in addition to geographic and institutional balance include: Previous experience on a board, committee, or other relevant roles ● Engagement with International ACAC ● Thoughtful and complete application ●
