SPORTS LOTTERY-HISTORY • PASPA 1992 - Delaware is one of four states permitted to offer Sports Lottery • September 10, 2009 – Delaware successfully launched Sports Lottery at our 3 Casino Sportsbooks – Pro Football Parlay Wagering Only • Parlay - multiple wagers/all wagers must win • 4 parlay card offering – 3-game minimum per card • Off the board parlay wagering • 2010-2017 – Expanded offering: New cards, Futures, Preseason and Post Season wagering
