3. Consider approval of the minutes of the May 6, 2019 meeting.

5. The City Council may consider, discuss and approve a presentation from Laura Brown, Nate Gallant, and John Gutierrez to make improvements to the putt-putt area of the park as TMCN scholarship project.

6. The City Council may consider, discuss and authorize the annual Justin Byler 5K run event set for May 27, 2019.
