Manoj Soma, CEO, Choice International My personal experiences specifically how I benefited from some of the most innovative CSR Projects and Diversity and Inclusion best practices in India and the UK. My experiences as a disabled person and ethnic minority member in the UK and how this compared to Asia, the barriers I faced, as well as my positive experiences. At Choice International we are passionate about CSR, diversity and inclusion, and how this passion stems from our personal experiences. Choice believes there is continuous need for innovation in CSR and D&I hence aims to support innovative projects and create platforms to address inequality and other social issues in the UK and overseas. Our present focus is addressing this in the UK and in India, with the strong belief in the potential for both countries to share ideas and learn from each other.
