Eligible Patients • Acute coronary syndrome- MI/Unstable angina • Coronary revascularisation – PCI/CABG • Heart failure • Post insertion of cardiac defibrillators & resynchronisation devices • Stable angina • Post heart valve surgery • Post heart transplantation • Adult Congenital Heart Disease
