By 2021 what will this look like….  Young people applying for college as part of their Senior Phase will understand their career choices, and not just subject choices, and the variety of pathways to get to where they want to go  Our students will have a full grasp on their attributes, skills and qualifications and how to use them to plan their journey into work  A joined up approach between IC UHI, our schools and SDS around the utility of the MWOW Profile as part of transition  Entitlements of young people being met through consistent approach
