Holiday Survivor – Program Description Purpose Intervention – Prevent weight gain and – 10-week program encourage weight – Teams of 4 employees maintenance during the provided support to one holidays another – Jump-start physical activity – Tracked and shared food and mindful eating and physical activity behaviors during the records holiday season 5
Program Guide and Rules • 4 players per team – Team Names encouraged • Bi-weekly weigh-ins – Umbilical measurement at pre and post weigh- ins • No extreme weight loss programs 6

Bi-Weekly Weigh-Ins and Calculations Percent Change = Difference (lbs.) / Previous or Original Weight • Umbilical Change = Pre circumference (in.) / Post circumference • (in.) Weight and umbilical measurement is recorded into excel document • and written for participant 9
Team Spirit Points Points allocated to individuals for accomplishing specific tasks, • that cumulate over the course of the program for the entire team (Team spirit events occur bi-weekly, opposite of weigh-ins) – Signing up for a web-based food log program – Lunch and Learns – Program Potluck – Local walk or run – Submitting food log – Participate in team walk – Submit team video 1 point per person. 5 points if entire team submits. 10
