With the City’s continued downtown revitalization efforts, brownfields sites are assessed, remediated, infill is accomplished, historic roots are revitalized and the pristine desert is preserved…while providing a healthy, sustainable environment. The City of Tucson has received over $3 million in Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) grants.

Marist College (Catholic boys school) is a multi-story adobe building constructed in 1915, currently under renovations Foundation for Senior Living (FSL) is restoring/redeveloping the Marist College building that will house eight additional affordable senior housing units for a total of 83 units.
The Catholic diocese sold 111 S Church Avenue to FSL Padre Kino Village, LP for $2.5 million ($115 PSF) recently for construction of a 75-unit affordable senior housing building for those 62 years old and older in the seven-story structure.
