LINC has enhanced my medical school experience by providing extra learning opportunities regarding patient safety, quality, and leadership. Noopur Doshi LINC has helped me explore my passion for Quality Improvement, Patient Safety, Leadership and Interprofessionalism. I can’t wait to apply what I have learned as a LINC Scholar to my residency training and beyond and work as a collaborative team player! It has also given me lifelong mentors and friends along the way!

Chirag Patel LINC has equipped me with the tools to address health system problems and lead change to reduce errors and improve patient outcomes. It has allowed me to understand various leadership styles to construct efficient teams to construct PDSA cycles. I am honored to have participated in the program as it has sharpened my leadership skills and given me friends I know I’ll have for life.
Thank you to my LINC mentors and Jubayer Ahmed peers who have allowed me to explore healthcare from a different perspective and continuously grow as a student and future physician.
Chantel Morey I am extremely thankful for the LINC program, not just for surrounding me with great people, but also for broadening my view of what I can do and be as a physician and inspiring me to make an impact as a leader in this ever-changing healthcare system.
