Proposed: Existing wooden fence to remain Outdoor seating area with removable trellis; tables, chairs and trellis components all to be stored offsite during nonuse [ie: winter time]) Gray area used by Parks; Existing cobblestone area to be outdoor seating; surrounded by wrought iron railing and decorative urns; tables and not part of LPQ project chairs, railing, and urns all removable and stored offsite during nonuse Existing rolldown fence removed; approx. 2 feet (in height) of brick to be removed; accordion door and stationary door installed Four vertical planters anchored into the wall but canted at an angle away from the brick wall so that planters are not flush with structure Painting of cupola and gutters both to white (to match each other) Replacement of an existing non-original vinyl window with a wooden window to match existing wooden original windows
