Thornbury Castle – Gloucestershire Acquired 2011 Full planning consent obtained in 2017 for this Grade I Listed Building and Scheduled Ancient Monument. Permission granted for 14 additional bedrooms; a bespoke spa with 15m indoor swimming pool, a indoor/outdoor hydro pool, steam room, sauna and gym, as well as 4 treatment rooms and a brasserie style restaurant. Plus a dedicated function suite, able to seat up to 120 guests.

Knoll House – The Future It is our intention to reinstate Knoll House as one of the most iconic resorts in the UK, so it can continue to be enjoyed for generations to come – both by local residents and by old and new guests alike. The history and heritage of the hotel is a huge part of its appeal and this has informed our approach to the planning and design process throughout. As well as ensuring that the revitalised Knoll House can be enjoyed by both locals and guests in the future, it will also make a significant contribution to the economy of the local area. To make sure that we get the plans right – preserving the history, making the hotel fit for the future, and delivering for the local community – we will be consulting with local residents and businesses throughout the planning process.
