Single Subject 4+1 Minor A JCL minor for students interested in pursuing middle or high school education. Early field experiences in middle/high school classes Credential courses in your senior year In five years, earn your; BA (JCL major) Single-Subject Credential Students may also pursue a Masters in Teaching (MAT) in the fifth year by fulfilling additional coursework and research components
First year students pursuing a JCL General Major or Leadership for Social Justice 4+1 should take: English 3, 4, or 5 Math 4 or 10 JCL 10 Language requirement or COMM 2, TRS 97; or consider exploring a minor or double major
First year students pursuing a Single Subject Credential should take: English 3, 4, or 5 course in their major JCL 10 Language requirement or COMM 2, TRS 97;
