DerStandard Building - Vienna Austria - Neumann & Partner HSBC Building - Hong Kong China - Foster & Partners abstract - case studies T o address the challenge, there has been a meticulous study of several buildings in the world; some of them taken as referents in order to design the desired approach of the double glazing façade. The Broadgate Building T owers designed by SOM Architects has been the main focus, due to the complexity and the elegance of the overall building appearance. This and the other buildings references, follow up with the concept of “high-tech” architecture: technological aesthetic envelopes without setting aside the care for an efficient climate control glazing curtain wall.
