Cocoa Division: Overview ● The cocoa division has been trading since the inception of Armajaro in 1998 ● Armajaro has a global presence in cocoa, sourcing from all major exporting countries ● Whilst second in terms of volumes traded, Armajaro is the market leader in traceable and certified cocoa, working with all the major global chocolate makers ● Armajaro’s cocoa activities now include bean trading, certification and traceability; processing and products trading (via Theobroma), and risk management v10/ Ma Armajaro Trading Limited 5

Development & Sustainability OVERVIEW Within the last four years we launched and developed our not-for-profit organisation Source Trust, and support our traceable supply chain with GeoTraceability ● Specialises in supporting Armajaro Trading’s cocoa, coffee and cotton divisions to ensure sustainability of our commodity supplies ● D&S activities enhance Armajaro Trading’s traceability systems – assisting in monitoring and the evaluation of the impact of our sustainability efforts – including the eradication of child labour in farming communities ● The D&S unit is dedicated to supporting and promoting sustainable and certified farming practices – and works closely with Source Trust, an independent not-for-profit v10/ Ma organisation Armajaro Trading Limited 14
