OPENING REMARKS President – Gail Ogle • Looking to plan fundraising for the 2019- 2020 season. Asking for ideas? • Looking to institute a fundraising committee • My goal is to have to the membership a detailed plan for fundraising by 4/2019 for next yr. season.

FUNDRAISING VP Fundraising – Robin Rosenthal • Citrus Orders : Orders delayed due to miscommunication about process. Vendor closed during the holidays.Orders went out on Friday for delivery this week. • Wreath Orders : Original orders went out and were received on time. Second order (8 wreaths from Melissa McConnell and 1 wreath from Ryan Lynch never got out on time and were refund. Profit $72 lost. • Snap! Raise : Information packets went home to Indoor Drumline and Winterguard. Kickoff is Saturday January 12th at full day Drum/Spin-a-thon. Some parents have requested making donations instead of participating in sending emails. Hopefully all will participate by sharing Facebook and Instagram post with link.
FUNDRAISING VP Fundraising – Robin Rosenthal • Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon – February 17th from 1:00 – 4:00 PM. As of last Thursday, we have 32 guests (including staff – Ryan D and spouse, Dylan, Megan, and Andy). Another announcement went out over the weekend. • Friends and Family Showcase – April 13th – other LCPS guards and drumlines have been invited to participate. We will raise funds through concessions and ticket sales ($8 per student, kids free). Each student participant will receive bag with info from college summer drum/guard programs. • Auction – Gail has updated.
COMMUNICATIONS VP Communications – Tammie Willenbrock Winter Season Media Team Members Needed • Indoor Drumline Videographer • Winterguard Photographers Currently working on Winter Season Professional Photography Available for Purchase on our Website (look for this logo on front page) • $16.00 per memory book – small donation comes back to BRHSBBA! • Samples of hardback and softcover with me. • I have list of memory books already purchased. 2019-2020 BRHSBBA Officer Search • VP Volunteers Donna Vanik not returning – nominee is Adria Dyson • VP Student Services Sheli Fierstine & Katrina Towle not returning – nominee is Melissa McConnell • Will you put your hat in the ring for BRHSBBA Office?
VOLUNTEERS VP Volunteers – Donna Vanik • Working with Gail for Volunteers and other needs for Auction. SignUpGenius will go out. • Volunteers will be needed for Friends & Family Performance on April 13th. SignUpGenius will also be sent once we know our needs.
