Form Designer Module ❖ The Form Designer module is used for creating Electronic Data Entry Form . ❖ It contains all the necessary Field Types for building form questions. ❖ The form can consist of one page or many pages depending upon the number of questions in the form. ❖ Different customizations such as conditional skip patterns, data validation, and custom calculations can applied. ❖ Multiple forms can be created in the same project file. ❖ The form can also be transferred to Android device for mobile data collection. ❖ You can create, save and use T emplate for quick building of the questions.
